I have a new issue. app says “power Board Issue” can’t do anything including controlling it manually. It’s alive, but can’t be moved

I have also just experienced the same issue and am trying to contact the company but just get voice mail on the phone.
How do I get this problem with my power board sorted out?
In the app when it first opens, click on your profile at the top right and goto support center. You can open a ticket there. Or you can go to support.yarbo.com and also open one there.
I have this message twice. Power board faild
First one, i can move yarbo whith app.
2nd i can’t do anything.
I’ve press power button for 30s. Yarbo have “reboot” and it works after.
It’s always best to have Yarbo support check it out and let them tell you to do this. This resets some safety checks and I don’t recommend bypassing that until support directs you to. 99% of the time this is a false positive because of not shutting down the rover before disconnecting and reconnecting the module. A reboot usually clears this. If not, best to have support check it out.

No need to wait. They can check it out at anytime. If you have the dates/times it happened they can definitely look at the logs (assuming it hasn’t been too long).
I get the same issue every time i take off the mower to clean and put it back on the core. What i have done, i restart the yarbo and it clears the error. Will it cause damage in the future?
It possibly could. Always power the rover down before disconnecting and connecting any module.
I will try that. I have used the emergency stop when i change modules. Thank you for your reply.
