Question on Data Center placement

I’m interested buying the pro lawn mover and snow blower. After reading all the posting, the placement for the data center will be an issue for me (I can’t not place on the roof, the only location I can place it is be front of house near the garage). I did check the signal using the app and it’s good. So my front lawn and driveway will be no issue. Not sure if my backyard (about 1/2 acre) will work. Is there any to make sure it will work? Also, I did see the M series, which does not need the data center. But does not fit my need. Will a new updated model come out without the need for data center pole?

The Y series doesn’t need the DC outside either if you use NetRTK. You can place the DC pretty much anywhere. There is also a 30 day trial period if you buy the Y series and want to try it out. Dealers could also help you determine if it will work for you.

Hi there, as Bryan mentioned, you can also use NetRTK with the Y Series, so the Data Center does not necessarily need to be placed outdoors.
