The Yarbo failed to make it back to the dock while I was away and it ran out of juice. I used the power brick to charge it back up and then turned it on. It powers on, the lights start flashing red/green/blue with the amber light on top flashing. Looking up there is some article about this, but mentions wiping the machine with the “Yarbo Tool”, but no explaination on what that is, where to get it, how to use it, etc…
Anyone have any ideas on the Yarbo Tool, or some other troubleshooting methods for this?
This is for the 23 model and will not work for a 24. Open a support ticket, this sounds like a firmware update issue. If you drop the ticket number here, the forum administrator can check on it for you.
As Bryan mentioned, the “Yarbo Tool” is only for the 2023 model. Besides, for up-to-date documentation and troubleshooting, please use the Yarbo Wiki Home | Yarbo Wiki. We’ve retired the old knowledge base and no longer update those articles.
