Apparently one of the rubber plugs for the screw holes were loose and I have lost it.
Wondering is it possible to oerder that tiny thing? Is it even needed (apart from visual look)?
Rain water will get in the screw hole and I assume it could make it’s way to internals of the unit.
Any suggestions?
Submit a ticket to support and ask. They will probably just send it to you. Otherwise, some black silicon caulk would work.
In this case, some silicon caulk kind of seems like duct tape. There I fixed it!
Definitely needs to be added to the parts breakdown manual so we can order it.
Sure..will try. But as i’m from Latvia I’m wondering about shipping costs of that small thing. Not willing to pay a ton of money for such tiny thing.
Thanks for reaching out. You can contact our support team, and they’ll be able to assist you with a replacement for that part.
These become loose in the sun and fall out when the mower is on its side for cleaning. I lost a couple last year as well. Even if they stay in, they’re not going to do much for water infiltration, if that’s the intended function. They need to manufactured from better material.
