Hi
I have a fair-play large yard with two zones distant from each other. To avoid Yarbo wasting time to go from one side to the other of the yard to recharge, I have purchased a second docking station. But installing the new docking station it has erased the existing docking station.
How could I make the two docking stations, one on each zone of my yard, coexisting and make Yarbo pick the closest one to its position to automatically recharge ?
This is something others (such as myself) have asked for.
Unfortunately we’ve been told that currently only one docking station can be active at a time.
Maybe there are new developments I’m not aware of. Anyone else want to chime in?
Currently only one can be active at a time. It sounds like you did a “Reinstall Docking Station” when you installed the second dock. If you go into your yard and edit map. Click the + and you can add another dock. You can then enable and disable them as you deem fit. Hopefully they can expand this to support going to multiple at some point in the future.

I think so. @Yarbo-Forum can hopefully confirm this. I’m sure it’s on the back log if so.
Can you switch the active charging station mid run? Pause and activate?

Currently, we do not have a clear roadmap for this feature in the short term. However, I understand how this could significantly improve efficiency for users with relatively large yards. Wondering if anyone has had any luck with creating a pathway between areas so Yarbo can travel autonomously between areas and then change the active docking station so Yarbo knows to go to the designated charging station for that area?
Unfortunately there isn’t any way to have two active docking stations at the same time.
As far as I know, you’d have to manually select which dock you want to be active based on what plan is going to be run that day.
Correct. Only 1 can be active at a time.
Would creating a pathway between the 2 areas and sending Yarbo to the second area to work and then changing the designated dock in the app enable Yarbo to go to the closest dock? Not sure if you can toggle between docks while Yarbo is working?
That one’s beyond my knowledge. I’ll bet @bryan.wheeler knows the answer though.
