My area settings are to use smart turns but it is doing zero turns now. Cannot send a ticket the support tab won’t load in the app

you can submit a ticket online there: Yarbo Support Center
But yes it is a known “feature” that we are a lot complaining about. It is still randomly doing zero-turns even if smart turns is selected… @Yarbo-Forum
Is your cameras working? Do you have something blocking the rear camera like a tow hitch? If so this can make it think there is an obstacle when backing up and cause it to zero turn.
