Snow blower add off automated auto schedules - off periods (night)

My municipality does not allow to use heavy machinery including electric snow blowers from 8pm - 8am. Not matter if it is snowing hell.

Auto schedule will program itself at any time at night if it is snowing so without the option to not auto schedule from x to y, I cannot really use it and risk it running at night.

Hi there, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We haven’t considered this aspect before. If more users share the same concern, I’ll pass it along to our product team for further consideration.

I think there is interest. I do think this is a much needed feature for all modules. Quiet hours is important in a lot of communities.

There is definitely interest in having the option to set restricted times for the automatic scheduling!! Hopefully it wouldn’t be too difficult to implement, it would be very very helpful.

Indeed, since auto schedules was launched I have never had it on, to avoid running tasks at night walking up everyone, family and neighbors. Meanwhile yarbo pushing updates for the blower? Right now, in January 2026, autumn is not currently happening anywhere in the world; it is winter in the Northern Hemisphere and summer in the Southern Hemisphere. Why wouldn’t push these updates closer to autumn and focus all the work from the team in winter updates alone? What’s the point of a blower update, that cannot be tested by the time is used might be already filled with bugs due to other update releases. @Yarbo-Forum

1- Me too, I would prefer that my Yarbo not be released in the middle of the night, even if it’s snowing.

2- How can I make a automatic schedulingy create on a different work plan than the one closest to the Docking Station?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We understand your concerns around timing and seasonal relevance.

In practice, it does take some time for us to collect feature requests, evaluate them, and schedule them into a release plan. That process often means updates are prepared and finalized ahead of the actual season they’re most visible in.

That said, we do care about all modules, and in this update we’ve placed priority on snow blower–related optimizations, given its importance during the winter season. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue refining how we plan and time future updates.

Thanks for your question.
For the Auto Schedule feature, it will automatically execute the first work plan in your plan list. If you want Auto Schedule to clean a different area, please edit the first work plan and adjust the included zones/areas so it covers the area you want cleaned.

For clarification, it’s the first ever created work plan due to a known bug.

what do you mean ?

There is a bug that instead of picking the first work plan in the list of all work plans, it picks the first work plan that you created. In other words, to the system you made 3 plans, it labels them 1, 2, 3 internally. You call them mow front, snow blow driveway, snow blow sidewalk. You want sidewalk to be first, you drag it to be first in the list. Auto schedule will pick mow front because it’s plan 1.

The way to solve this is to wait for it to auto schedule and then you can edit the schedule and select the plan you want. It remembers what you select going forward. Or, you delete the work plans and create the one you want scheduled first.

Thank you very much, that’s very well explained now. I’m in a good position to know what such a bug is, as I’m a robotics software developer.
