Hi there
After removing my snowblower module I noticed my belt is misshaped and shredded on one side.
Also some parts fell out,looks like a ring.
Any idea where this belongs to?
Did you open a support ticket in the app, or on the website?
There is some metal in the belt itself, might be that “ring” you are seeing. This is a known issue with some S1’s. I’d suggest getting a ticket opened and they will send you a new belt and anything else that is needed.
