Snowblower Stopped Throwing Snow on 2nd Snowfall

We had some light fluffy snow of about 5 inches last night. The snow blower stopped throwing snow. I investigated it this morning and found the shear pins were fine. This is the 2nd snowfall this machine has seen for a small driveway.

Upon removing the module for investigation I found this plastic part fall out. Any help troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to contact support in the app and it keeps telling me login timed out. The website chat seems to not be available either. I emailed support but was hoping for something realtime.

Thank you,

Dan

Looks like the belt that drives the snowblower.

Seems like this is getting reported more and more. I ordered a replacement belt on Amazon when this was a hot topic a few weeks ago. I know someone posted about the size on this and I ordered but I am too lazy to look that post up. Here is a screen shot of the product I ordered - several variations I figured the screen shot might be easier than a link.

Definitely the belt as others have mentioned. Reach out to support for a replacement. You could attempt one of the other ones that Mike mentioned in the interim.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing, especially given that this was only the second time the machine was used. Thank you for taking the time to investigate and for sharing those details with us.

I’ve checked your support ticket in our system, and we’ll be able to arrange a replacement once the requested information has been provided. Thank you very much for your cooperation and patience.
