More and more users here are commenting that they are having this issue. I too have a unit that suffers from this. Sure you can fix it by unplugging the battery for 4 hours yada yada yada…

Having to do this once a season isnt too much of a thing I suppose but I have recently notice that my problematic battery is starting to need it more and more. Im wondering if I have a bad cell in the pack that is messing with the BMS?
Why do some do it and others are fine.
What is in-store for the future of these problematic packs?
What happens if a pack fails and its outside warranty and people have expressed concern or even worse havent said anything and have been followingalong and resetting their battery?
A thousand and change is kind of a steep price to replace a pack that, while under warranty was displaying questionable behavior and yarbo inc just blowing it off as something minor and then have it
the bed outside the warranty period.
Yarbo if you want to you can dial into my machine that is doing it now if you need data. Labeled Skutter 1.
Im not going to be able to reset it for a few days.
This kind of scenario is the kind of thing that will leave a bad taste in people’s mouths and ultimately drive customers away or put new customers off from purchasing a system.
Yarbo needs to address this or if they are share the information on where they are with this.
Answers would be nice for those that want them. I certainly do. Im getting frustrated having to mess with a unit like this more and more frequently on something that cost $8000.
