While mowing my lawn yesterday, I got a right Wheel block error. I remove the side panel made sure there were no obstructions and rebooted the Yarbo same error I powered it down rocked it back-and-forth. The left track is moving. The right is not. I did get it to power up and move and the right track is screeching really loud and not moving freely from the research I’ve done online. It looks like the core needs to be replaced. It’s grass cutting season here so I’m hopeful that you can expedite this request PLEASE HELP ASAP
Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing, especially during the middle of mowing season. I can understand how frustrating this must be.
I’ve checked your support ticket (#201852), and it is currently going through our standard after-sales support process. At this stage, the team may still need your confirmation for remote control access so they can perform additional diagnostics on the unit.
In addition, if a replacement is confirmed to be necessary, we will also need to verify your shipping address before moving forward with the replacement process.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We’ll continue following up internally to help move the case forward as quickly as possible.
@scottcyran If I were you I would delete both posts that include your personal information. This data will get scraped. Include that info in the ticket or send a DM to @Yarbo-Forum.
