Dear Support Team,

Please escalate this ticket immediately to the responsible engineering and management levels.

In our region (Switzerland), we strictly rely on stable and dependable terrain tracks. The current situation is extremely frustrating for both us and our customers: over the past few weeks, our Yarbo units have been throwing/losing their tracks one after another at irregular intervals.

Based on our on-site analysis, there are two root causes that require urgent attention:

  • Material Softening due to Heat: With current summer temperatures exceeding 30°C, the track material becomes far too soft. We urgently need a solution here—specifically, a heat-resistant, harder compound material.

  • Inadequate Track Guidance: Additionally, the current track guidance system is not robust enough to prevent the softened tracks from slipping off. A mechanical optimization of the guidance mechanism is required.

Since our ongoing operations are severely disrupted, we expect a prompt response and concrete proposals for a solution.

Sincerely,

Jörg Schüpbach

I have run my cores in 37C heat and not had track issues. Is this happening on slopes? If so, what degree? Do you have a Yarbo dealer representative to communicate your issues with directly?

Hi Jörg,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I’ve seen your support ticket in our system, and our support team will follow up on the issues you mentioned, as we haven’t received much feedback on this matter before.

I’ll also make sure to pay close attention to any related questions or concerns and reflect them to our engineering and management teams to ensure they’re addressed appropriately.

Thank you for your patience and detailed report.

Hi Jörg,

I am also in Switzerland and got a Yarbo for my house in France as there was no shipping to or distributor for Yarbo in Switzerland. Did you import yours by yourself?

Best wishes,

Martyn

I concur, never seen this happen.
