Time to Check the Drive Sprocket Connection Bolt

Its time to check the Drive Sprocket connection bolts for tightness.
When returning to the docking station, a louder than normal sound was made. I discovered the left drive sprocket was loose after 4 hrs. of work. One connecting bolt was sheard off inside the sprocket, another bolt was working its way loose (Trouble Ticket #227235).
Yarbo has indicated a Core replacement is necessary. As of 6 Aug 26, 10 days, Yarbo informed me that no replacement cores were available at this time. On 7 Aug 26, I requested a new core. Let’s see where this goes.

If it were me I would take it apart and fix it, but that is me and my skill set. I wonder if there is no repair facilities near you, as that is an easy fix, much easier and cheaper then shipping cores back and forth.

Short bolt is for sure broken off, you can see it in the picture very well.

@B-Mod Agree. However, the hole for the broken bolt has been elongated on the inside of the drive sprocket by the broken bolt. The second bolt (pictured) was lose before. This leaves two / three of the four bolts to hold the sprocket to the drive flange (behind the sprocket). And with the mower algorithm predominately making left hand turns, there would be more “wobbles” over time with two / three bolts.

The grass has gone dormant in the Puget Sound area, and still have a warranty for the next four years.

Yarbo can send you parts, at worst they can send you a left side track assembly, that is pretty easy to fix, and would fix all your issues. Still much better than sending a refurb.

I guess you are lucky this came at a good time with your grass being dormant.

As we mentioned in the ticket, we have arranged to send you the left track module and will keep the Core replacement option available for you.

Please try replacing the left track module by following the video guide we provided, and let us know whether this helps resolve the issue.

If the issue persists after replacing the track module, we can still proceed with arranging the Core replacement for you.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We will continue to follow up and assist you through the process.

a quick update - just waiting for the left track module to be shipped.

@B-Mod - thanks for the support
