They’re way too small for that. I’ll probably lose them when trying to put them in.
Too? What else does it “fix”?
Maybe someone else here will have a creative idea or two. If they think it’s the M25 connector then perhaps they could just send you that cable to replace. But you’d have to disassemble the core for that.
It was a supposed fix for some of the snow blower issues that were happening over the winter.
Wait. So they are saying we need to put those little springs in the Trimmer’s connector??
Serious question - How do the springs stay in the connector and not fall out the first time you unplug it?
Correct me if I’m wrong, but the springs would go on the core’s rear accessory port.
I asked the same question and never got an answer. I can only guess friction is holding those springs in and hopefully they are larger than the hole they are being inserted into to maximize the friction.
I asked the same on here, got no answer. They need to source some better parts for how much they charge for this equipment.
I see the same error now too. 
The springs go into the connector on the core. However, not sure how to get the backend up so you can see what you’re doing. Also seem the back brace is going to be a problem.
Anyone know how to identify the four PoE ports vs the two emergency shutoff ones?
I see 8 springs there. Install them in all the holes. No need to worry about which is which, just get them in all the holes. You may need to put the core up on a work bench closer to you and possibly remove the BBM. I use a folding table in the garage and remove the battery and modules and then manhandle the core up onto the table taking care not to hit the antennas.
I see 9 springs.
If using your fingers is difficult, you can try using needle-nose pliers or tweezers to hold the spring, then gently push it into place with a small tool such as a paperclip to make sure it is fully seated.
It seems putting the springs into the plug isn’t as easy as it seems. Instructions from support:
1. The POE connector—this is the connector between the trimmer and Yarbo.
2. You need to remove the connector from the rover
3. Use tweezers or a similar tool to remove the old spring from the connector.
4. Take the new spring and insert it into the connector.
5. Use a small rod or stick to gently push the spring into place until it's securely seated.
6. If you accidentally drop it and lose the spring, please let me know, and I can send you a replacement.
Didn’t realize there were springs in the connector already. Maybe Yarbo should just ship a new connector with the springs installed if I have to tear the rover apart to do this.
I think there’s some bad information is those instructions.
Anything specific? Keep getting contradictory information.
This is news to me. Wouldn’t have expected it.
1). Didn’t know there were already springs in the trimmer connector.
2). Didn’t expect we’d have to remove those pre-existing springs and add larger ones.
This is how I read this. I may be wrong, but this is what I think.
- The POE connector—this is the connector between the trimmer and Yarbo.
- You need to remove the connector from the rover (Unplug the trimmer from the core)
- Use tweezers or a similar tool to remove the old spring from the connector. (There is no old spring that I am aware of unless you’ve done this before).
- Take the new spring and insert it into the connector. (put the new springs in)
- Use a small rod or stick to gently push the spring into place until it’s securely seated. (Use a paper clip or something solid and small enough to fit into the pin holes)
- If you accidentally drop it and lose the spring, please let me know, and I can send you a replacement. (don’t drop the springs! LOL)
These connectors are used in industry and it worse conditions and don’t have issues like this. They need to do a real fix and change manufacturers of these connectors.
There are no coil type springs in the connector to remove.
ha ha ha ha. just received a referbush core. because the trimmers didn’t work on one of my cores. tested the trimmer worked yesterday. today I start the first work plan. yarbo runs 1 meter and comes with the error connection cable loose. 
the other day I got the same error on another core. there I used the small springs for the M25 connector I had left over from the one my snow blower had a connection error. then I’m just waiting for yarbo to send more springs.
