I need a solution for the trimmer. I installed it per instructions, the app does not recognize that it is installed. Does anyone have a fix for this?
If it doesn’t recognize it within a few minutes, open a ticket with Yarbo

Did you power off your Yarbo before installing the trimmer? Powering down when installing a module is always best practice.
That said, assuming you did power down first, if the Yarbo app does not mention the Trimmer at all, then you should open a support tixket and post the ticket number here.
Does the module have a green light? If so, look inside the arm and see if the cable inside there is connected. If still not working, Power down. Disconnect the trimmer cable at the back of the core and reconnect it. Make sure it clicks and power up again. If still not recognized, open a ticket as the others have suggested.
I’m having the same issue…green light on trimmer, cable looks connected inside of trimmer arm. Ticket opened 11 days ago, escalated but still no response.
Now that I remember, even though the manual doesn’t require it, I had disconnected the battery before connecting it… try doing this too…
Not sure if that will work for OP, but unfortunately did not work for me. Did all the other tricks with the battery (disconnecting also for 30 minutes), multiple restarts, making sure app and firmware are fully updated, etc.
