Just received my trimmer attached. Installed per instructions, no problem at all. The trimmer has a green light when Yarbo is turned on, but the trimmer isn’t showing up in the app.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Checked the plug-in connection to the Yarbo unit, good there.
2. Checked for green light on trimmer, it is green
3. Power cycled the data center and Yarbo, no change.
4. Unplugged the battery for 30 seconds, no change.
Is there a step I’m missing to see the trimmer module in the Yarbo app?
Check inside the arm of the trimmer and make sure that a cable is connected in there. If it’s connected and tight, then submit a ticket for them to check it out.
Bryan, I’m trying to look through the slot on the arm to see if that cable is connected, but I can’t really see well enough to be sure. I’m heading out now, in the daytime to see if I can see it better, but is there a better way to access that plug, should I remove the little cover held on my 2 allen bolts on the arm?
Yes you can access it that way, but honestly I’d get a ticket started so they can start remote diagnosing it.
