Trimmer is not detected as connected… green light is on. Have tried rebooting and unplugging and plugging back in… any other things to try?

Mine has been active and now it’s gone. It’s even dissappeared from the warranty list

Yes, this is somewhat common from mishandling in shipping. There are some bolts you can loosen and possibly try and reorient it some, but the easiest way is to take a block of wood and give the bumper a few taps with a hammer on the wood.

Ok… finally got the new core turned on… good news is that it detected the trimmer the first time… bad news no GPS and don’t have the option to restore map from cloud :frowning: Cloud restore may be something I missed though, going back to look at it. Firmware is also on 3.13.8 on the new one so ma…

Sounds like you need to give it some time to update the firmware. Make sure it stays online and connected to HaLow. Kill the app and wait 60 mins.

I just got an update… but it still says the same version… Also was wondering if it was a version thing so hooked up the old core and I don’t have a cloud option in the maps on that one either… wish there was just a way to download/upload the maps…
