There is no scrolling for me. I can enter the knowledge base and there are all the manuals but no link to the ticket system for me..
Why do they keep braking more stuff with every update than thy fix…

Yeah maybe later, right now I need to check yarbo every 15m because it is losing gps and I have to drive it around 2 min to regain a connection, I need to get my law cut or I’m falling behind an it gets to long for that shitty razor disks.
This is interesting… I just went back in to Support Center to see if I could identify a reason I could see my tickets and others couldn’t. I no longer can see my tickets; they just disappeared.
You don’t have the most recent firmware. That is probably why.
That would do it! I didn’t think to look at that.
My Yarbo was updated to 3.9.29 on Monday, and I updated the IOS App to 3.15.5 today. I set the slope algorithm toggle to off.
However, it made no difference. It is still crawling down the slope at 1/3 the speed of going up the slope. I tried both on and off on the toggle, but it made no difference.
I received the update in the middle of a work plan.
Working fine:
4-5 minutes of this:
And then suspended:
I’m not complaining, I’m just stating facts.
I’m glad I got the update…
I would complain. It should never update mid work plan. IMHO. Only when charging and nothing is scheduled for the next 30 mins.
I added the info to my suspended without cause ticket.
Seems after the update cellular data is showing cellular usage. Wasn’t mentioned in the release notes.
I now do have the latest firmware and the toggle appeared!
Now I need the support center back please, to get to my tickets.
You can get to them by browsing here.
Well that’s just great. Another dangled carrot pulled away.
I’m seeing cell data usage too. Answers my question about stuck on 4G in the app. It actually is using 4G.
I’m using a lot of 4G too.
I think this just bricked my Yarbo… at least I can’t get it to turn on.
Pull the battery for 5 minutes. Then try the silver button. Watch the lights. If it’s a no-go…. try the silver button for 15 seconds.
Still a no go, open a ticket.
actually 30-60 seconds is sometimes necessary.
Oh man, thank you both. I did all that except I guess I didn’t hold the button down long enough, I just kept holding and when I got to ~28 (just counting in my head) the arm on the front holding the attachment started moving (sorry don’t know the name)…. I think I am back in business now.
So lesson learned hold the button down a really long time, again thank you much.
