You normally should not have to do this. Do it as a last resort obviously. Normally a single press should start it up. The motor is called the lift actuator. Glad you are back in business!
Yeah this was a first for me, I have had to turn it back on a few times but not like this, hopefully it won’t have any negative impact long term, app shows the new version now so I think I’m good there.
You should be fine. If it keeps happening, open a support ticket to have them check it out. But I know many who have done this quite a few times without any ill effects thus far.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing, but this is the first case we’ve encountered with this behavior. Do you have a support ticket for this issue? If not, we recommend submitting one regarding the unfunctional adaptive ramp toggle and providing the timestamp when you run the plan. Our support team will further investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it. Thank you for your patience!
I’m sorry to hear about the issue. I’ve already asked the relevant team to investigate it, though it may take some time. In the meantime, you can refer to the link @ken.w.gregory provided in his response to check your ticket temporarily: Upcoming Hotfix: Firmware 3.9.29 & App 3.15.5 - #37 by ken.w.gregory. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding.
Looks like it’s back up this morning . I didn’t see any acknowledgement of the issue, but it looks to be fixed.
Awesome! Glad you’re back in business…..
I noticed the same thing, did not change a thing!
I added a support ticket today. One other user is now having the same issue. I am not alone anymore.
If others are not having a problem with the slope toggle and we are (assuming others are testing that it works), perhaps we can compare our setups to see what is common that may be causing it. Support asked me to delete and reinstall the app, which I did, but it made no difference.
I have the app running on an iPhone 15 Pro. If it works on an Android phone, but not the iPhone, then that is a clue. Which phone do you have?
Can confirm that it’s a known bug at this point. They are looking into it.
Hope they will upload a new app soon.
App isn’t working anymore in french and other language.
Hi Team, I just wanted to make note that Tow Mode is a big feature to me (one of the main reasons I bought a Yarbo). I have patience, but fall time cleanup will be a major use case for this feature.
Please don’t overextend yourselves, but please think about the seasonal timelines!
Thank you for your patience and for sharing how important Tow Mode is to you.
We truly appreciate the interest from you and others in the community, and we’ve communicated your feedback to our product team. As a result, the development sprint for this feature has been rescheduled, and Tow Mode is now planned for release in the second upcoming major update.
Just got app.version 3.15.6 pushed to me.. but I only see information for 3.15.5. can we get info on what changed here? Are we also expecting another core update as well beyond 3.9.29
Hi there,
Thanks for pointing that out! Version 3.15.6 includes a few behind-the-scenes fixes and optimizations, including a resolution for white screen, login issues, and app crashes caused by certain language locale settings.
As for the Core firmware, there’s no new update beyond 3.9.29 at this moment.
Thanks again for staying engaged.
Well I spoke too soon… first time mowing after the update (been really dry here so no need to mow) and the M1 module seems to not work, blades won’t turn on. It detects that the module is plugged in… camera works on it… just won’t turn the blades on Have tried unplugging it and restarting the mower, no help.
Put in a ticket for it before I posted this.
Is your message waiting for blades…? You could try adjusting your module clearance and see if that helps and if it does go raise or lower the deck by hand and see if it turns them on. If it does, it’s a wire harness issue and support will need to diagnose it and send you a replacement. If not, then it could be a software bug.
Watch those fingers when lifting the deck…. @bryan.wheeler trying to turn you into Edward Scissorhands.
