My mowing module has started making a rather loud vibrating sound. Has anyone run into this issue? I’m going on 5+ days with a ticket to support with no response. Very frustrating.
Shutdown the core, flip the mower module over and look for a missing blade or broken disc. Also possible you might have a stick or something wedged in there too.
Grass wrapped around the motor shaft? You might have to pull the discs and the disc mounts off to get to them

This is the exact same noise my unit made when the blades came loose. More than likely, at least one of the blades has one loose or lost screw and probably the plastic cap too.

They don’t have a pro module, but it is definitely the same loud noises for either when you lose a blade.
Tighten the nut holding the aluminum plate the disc bolts into.
