I am having an issue with my mower. It goes to the location it is supposed to go to start mowing and then stops and sits there. The blades do not activate. The screen says blades adjusting but never start. I did a hard restart and it did not fix the issue. The discs spin freely and have no issues. I turned in a support ticket #205736
Try some dielectric grease on the module connector and see if that helps until support can evaluate your unit.
This is what happened to me when my mower module died and the answer was a replacement

That’s what mine is doing, with two different M1s.
Just for yucks - go to diagnostics, scroll down to “Main”, and look for “Emergency Stop”. See if the value is 2, or if its 0.

Will the mower spin up while parked on the charger?
Mine does but when I move it off the blades stop.
Emergency stop is 0

@mattvanderhyde do hear the tracks trying to move? I’m having a similar issue currently where it sounds like it’s trying to start and instantly stops. You can hear the tracks clicking just starting and instantly stopping.
Which mowing head do you have? M1 or a Pro unit.
Mine was bugging out with the pro head. Swapped it to my M1 and its mowing fine.
