What now?

What’s this all about?

You can try a reboot, power down disconnect battery for 5 min, then power back up and see if it goes away. If not open a support ticket asap as there is a back log right now.

Pull the battery cable for 5 mins. Then hold the power button for 60 seconds when turning it on. If the error persists, contact support

please let us know what happens. Hopefully it is an anomaly that does not reoccur.

But if the warning persists after rebooting, you will need to contact support.

Didn’t work. Error returned.

Sorry to hear it. Hopefully it is just a false positive and support can remotely clear it for you.

Darn it!

Is yours an original 2024 model with the power board that needed the owner-applied epoxy retrofit?

Not sure. Was never notified

They did a very poor job of getting a hold of everyone. There are a lot of machines out there that never got the epoxy treatment.

Yeah they never notified me directly. I had to reach out and ask for the epoxy for my original core.

Same for me, and then the tech college that I have access too, they never got any even though I told a guy to get it for free. Their core blew up last winter snowblowing.

Hi there, do you have an open support ticket for this issue? I wasn’t able to locate a ticket using the email address available here.

If you need my help, please feel free to share your ticket number with me, and I’ll be happy to help follow up.
