Yarbo not charging on the dock.

My unit will not charge on the dock, I have tried all the tips and tricks and nothing has worked. I have a ticket in #204516 and no one from Yarbo has responded. I would really like to get this issue resolved. Just need someone from Yarbo to contact me.

I have also the same issue with not charging. Haven´t got any response already over a week to my 10 unresponded e-mails. #199601. Opened another ticket 3 days ago #205628, but still no response. Made all the necessary steps for remote diagnostics: charged full, took away charging wire, keept it online, waited 20 hours, etc. It runs empty and I have to charge it again with wire and then you cannot diagnose it, I KNOW! I am really pissed off beacuse of that poor customer service! @Yarbo-Forum
