Yarbo chipped up the charging pad

The core has a tendency to slide off the side of the pad while trying to dock. This causes the tracks to spin and dig in the snow, ultimately this spinning dug slightly below the pad level. The pad is lagged into the ice, as I installed mid winter. While the unit is trying to dock it turns in multiple directions and running the auger to clear any snow on or around the pad. Somehow, this movement has caused the Yarbo get under the pad and run it through the snow blower. It only got the first few inches of a corner, but I was surprised to see small black plastic pieces everywhere. Maybe this is bad luck, or a warning to others that install into frozen ground.

Get a ticket open if you haven’t yet. They will analyze the issue and possibly replace the dock for you.
