FYI - I had the battery disconnect over night.
I’m not sure what type of communication network these use, but it seems odd that multiple cameras and the battery all lose connection at the same time.
When I tell the Yarbo to shutdown, there are several blue LEDs that stay on inside, so something isn’t shutting down all the way.
I was able to manual drive the unit today but the blades won’t turn on for some reason.
It is also odd that while it’s reporting that the battery communication is lost, it shows the battery level and that it is charging.
I have the same issue. Lights keeps flashing red. Tried disconnecting the battery for some time, and pushing the power button for 60s. It always finishes flashing red the same almost as soon as I release the button. Please help. Ticket 210276
Thats honestly what im thinking. It feels like its hitting something and crashing, like a driver compatibility issue or something. You know the ones that give you a bsod or something without a good crash dump that they can look at/log.
Sorry to hear about the issue. Since it’s currently a busy ticket season, the response time may be a bit slower than usual. We kindly ask for your patience while we work to resolve this for you.
I had to hold my power button in for probably more than 60 seconds, I had to keep it held in until the startup function checks were complete (i.e. deck tilt actuator moving). See if you are able to connect to it through the app while holding the power button in and getting any errors.
The battery communication lost error is gone but I’m still getting errors for the front camera disconnected. It will attempt to mow as scheduled but the blades won’t turn on. Blades will also not turn on and I can’t adjust the height when manually using the app.
I’ve tried my old mower module and the smart assist module, front camera error persists with all modules. Blades don’t function with either mower module.
