Yarbo got hungry

Decided to dine on outdoor power cord outside of boundary map

At least it was unplugged?

Shocking!

Could you please submit a support ticket regarding this incident so our team can take a closer look?

In the meantime, you may also want to adjust the safety buffer settings to help prevent Yarbo from moving outside the defined boundary.

This morning, Yarbo got hungry again and tried to take a bite out of my dog, it was a close call. Yarbo says they’re working on connection issue in my front camera, which has nothing to do with new firmware update as I had this happening well before firmware was updated.

Yarbo claims front camera is connected and working, simply just not streaming to my app. However, after the incident I had to test it myself and had Yarbo running its job and stood directly in the front of it, Yarbo didn’t even take a pause, confirming that camera is not even on! Person detection, or animal detection, or obstacle detection are not working, creating very dangerous situation.

So if anyone’s front camera is not working, I suggest you stop using Yarbo Rover until it is fixed. I don’t have enough funds to replace Amazon delivery guys’s foot.

@me1 We’re really sorry to hear about the incident. For safety reasons, could you please add these details to your existing support ticket (#151533)? This will help our team investigate the issue further and ensure the safe operation of Yarbo.
