Yarbo just decided to stop mid mow

Anyone else?

I now have had both of my yarbos stop mid mow. No apparent reason. Just stopped not moving. Hitting the green play button does nothing. The can still be remotely controlled and viewed.

Only way to get them to respond to continuing is to reboot it.

Sure seems odd that both of your Yarbos are suffering from the same thing.

What exactly is shown on the app for the Yarbo’s that are stopped??

Do you have an open support ticket for this issue? This may require further investigation from our support team.

Are they using NetRTK, WiFi, or cellular when this happens?

Once I had somewhat similar issue - yarbo stopped mid mow. There was an error, that left camera disconnected and no reaction to app.
Only way was to reboot yarbo with physical button.

No i have just yet for this unit but now it has progressed not mowing. Just sits there.

I’ve tried a reboot of everything. Forcing the app to stop and clearing cache.

Still responds to the app to drive, it will go recharge fine

I’ve been having the dreaded not charging properly thing this week to, but during the process of messing with it that resolved itself and the battery charge was at 42% and then next thing its at 82%!

Ticket 206815

It is on the HaLow from the DC.

It has been using wifi until a week ago.

I’ll try forcing it back to local WiFi and see what happens.

Here’s a new development!

While out on the lawn, I can’t get the blades to spin up, but the blades will spin up while sitting on the Charging Dock.

But if I drive off of the pad with the blades running as soon as I get off the dock the blades stop.

Back it back onto the pad and I can get them to turn on again!

Now that’s very strange. Haven’t heard that one yet.

That is just crazy. Yarbos never disappoint in odd behavior.

So it isnt my yarbo that is at fault, it has to be programming a

Yes, I think it has to be a software bug.

At least the battery issue resolved itself.

It went from showing 42% to 82% and now charges to 100%.

On the dock the mower module is typically lifted slightly. What happens if you manually lift the mower a little after it leaves the dock? This could be another connection issue.

I got it mowing again. Ended up putting the M1 head on and it mows like it never skipped a beat.

I put the M1 on ant it spun up and started the job fine so I shut it down and put the pro on.

I was able to start the blades spinning so l sent it to the dock to to restart the plan I wanted to finish. And it never started again. So shut it down again sent it to the dock and it is happily mowing.

I was about ready to put my 3rd unit into service.

Yeah whatever is going on seems to be related to the Pro.
