Yarbo M refund

I am opening an inquiry about the process of getting a refund for the two Yarbo Ms I have purchased via kickstarter. I have two Yarbo Ys and I realized this morning I am just done with all the troubleshooting that continues to be required.

This has gotten so bad with the software that I have compensated and not complained about other issues. For example, with the software updates, both Yarbos had to be driven to the areas and then start the plan because there were errors like “no go zone blocking,” phantom obstacles or en route to is performing some crazy spin. I accepted this as the price to have something doing the major work; just drive to and from the areas.

Now that one Yarbo has been down for a couple of weeks from GPS malfunction with a slow response from support, I realized that I don’t want these issues consuming my life anymore. I will keep my two Yarbo Ys but if I get a refund on the Ms, I can find something more suitable for stress free lawn care.

I do appreciate the technology that you have contributed and continue to provide but at this point I think it is time that I “hop off this ride.” I am accredited investor in other projects but unless there is a way for consumers to reset the Yarbo to earlier software that allows time for newer software to be revamped, I am not sure how there is going to be progress.

More than a year ago, my Yarbo Ys worked amazing! Aside from the minor glitch of SB malfunction and LM malfunction, I wasn’t expecting to see core software issues that is this pervasive.

Please let me know about my options for refund.
