Hello. Today morning found Yarbo out of boundary. Seems it didn’t had collision with three but just branch was stuck between module and core. Drove it out from there and then collision happened. Even with no obstacle. Then I realised something is broken in lawn mower attachment mechanism. Since mower back end stay way too high up and frame hitting Core skids.
Anyone have advice? Or similar thing happened? Will try to open it and figure out what might be
unattached or broken.
You are going to need to get a support ticket going. You can follow it up with a phone call to support and they can try a few tgu gs and see if it needs escalation.
Seems shaft popped out from the socket/bracket. Sorry if the terminology is not correct. See pictures below.
Is it supposed to happen? If for example Yarbo climbs a tree and angle of core and module get too advance on exposes risk to damage something? Or just some mechanical failure that shaft popped out.
Schematic Drawings would be nice
I have slopes but i do not believe it’s that deep to force it come out from socket/bracket.
Seems that bolt that holds shaft in the socket is been getting loose or not enough tightened from factory. Even is see tread glue on bolt. Casing/bushing is also slipped back on the treads on the bolt. Fixation ring eventually gave up after that and shaft popped out from socket.
Hopefully @Yarbo-Forum is not too mad about me opening it and figuring out fault. Just want it fixed and running to keep saving my time and yard maintained. I still will inspect the threads and can I get it to work again without it falling apart again.
Please do not punish me about warranty for trying to find a problem and fixing myself since in this country nobody provides service or a parts. Can not handle weeks for a waiting. This topic have educational intend, even if I am not happy and spent hours on this situation. Not cool but I do understand and not a ignorant person that mistakes or faults happening.
Snow blower worked fabulous but lawn mower been giving me headaches and core lately been having tracks overheating without reasons.
Okay. Seems a mowing seasons is over. Seems this bushing which is treaded from outside for a shaft and from inside for a bolt is broken to half. Yarbo I need replacement parts or unit. I do not believe it is good design, total weak point.
I think I could make a new bushing and insert longer bolt inside that but it is not correct.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue. Have you submitted a support ticket for this yet? I couldn’t find one in the system. To help resolve the problem and send you any necessary replacement parts or a unit as soon as possible, could you please submit a support ticket? I’ll also help accelerate the process once it’s in place. Thank you!
