Dive into the Diagnosis Page in the Yarbo App
Make the most of the diagnosis page to perform basic self-troubleshooting when you encounter issues!

  1. HaLow

  • SSID: Name of the Data Center.

  • Connection: Displays if the connection is active(true) or not (false).

  • Signal: Indicates the strength of the HaLow signal (drops below -77, switches to Wi-Fi/4G).

Troubleshooting:

  • No connection, but good signal: Power cycle your DC by unplugging and re-plugging the POE cable. If the issue continues, contact us.

  • Connection is weak: Make sure the HaLow antenna on both the rover and the data center is securely attached and undamaged.

RTK Information
Below are some key details to help you navigate the information:

  • Rover:

    • L2: Shows the number of satellites detected by the right-side antenna. Aim for 15+ for a strong GPS signal.

    • Headingdop: High values (above 1.5) suggest GPS signal obstruction.

Troubleshooting:

  • Losing GPS near docking station: If the Headingdop is greater than 1.5 or the L2 satellites are below 15, try moving the docking station to a more open space, away from overhangs, walls, trees, or other obstructions.

  • GPS loss in specific areas during a work plan: Review the RTK data to determine if the issue is related to surrounding obstructions.

Data Center
This section includes the serial number, connection status, and GNGGA data from your Data Center.

  • Connection (0/1/2/3/4): This number represents the transmission method for RTCM data:

    • 0: No data transmission

    • 1: LoRa

    • 2: NTRIP

    • 3: Local HaLow

    • 4: Public NTRIP

  • GNGGA: Displays the GPS data output from the Data Center.

Troubleshooting:

  • Connection shows 3: Your Data Center isn’t online. Check POE cable and Wi-Fi firewall settings.

  • No GNGGA data, connection shows 0: Restart your Data Center by re-plugging the POE cable. Contact us if the issue persists.

Note:

When asking for help from others, it’s important to blur any GNGGA information, as it can reveal your exact location. Additionally, make sure to blur the SSID to protect your privacy!

Using Your Own SIM Card
Yarbo comes with a pre-installed SIM card located inside the rover’s battery compartment. Currently we offer 2GB of free data per month, which is sufficient for most standard use cases.

However, if you depend heavily on 4G connectivity and prefer to use your own SIM card, you’re free to replace the original one.
