I was going over the 4GB data cap. Mower would just stop once it left the halo coverage.
So I got my own sim, activated it and confirmed it works!
But now, when it needs to recharge it can’t calculate it’s way back to the dock. Just sits there frozen all night.
Today it was dead (no notification) at 3% battery. The only way to recover is to manually drove it back to an area covered by halo and hit the recharge button.
Frustrated.

This is probably a pathway issue and not necessarily a cellular issue. How big of an area is your yard that HaLow isn’t working the entirety of it? It should cover up to 31 Acres. What is the error message that you are getting if you activate manually in one of these HaLow not working areas? If it is map isn’t drawn according to guide or something then it’s probably a pathway that just needs to be deleted and recreated. You typically want them to be about 3.3ft into each area to avoid issues and they cannot start or end in an overlap. Same rule, go about 3.3ft past the overlap.

I have successfully returned to the dock on cellular many times. As @bryan.wheeler said, it sounds like a Pathway issue.
