Is it only attachments purchased on original order? Will it cover the Pro Mower I bought recently? What about the next attachment I buy after I purchased the extended warranty?
Hi @B-Mod Each Extended Warranty is generally linked to the order that includes a Core, as coverage is designed around the full operating system. In theory, if an order only contains individual modules without a Core, it would not automatically fall under the same coverage.
That said, since all modules function together, if a module not purchased with the Core experiences an issue, please ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ด๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐. Weโll determine whether the incident can be considered Core-related and therefore eligible for coverage under the Extended Warranty.

I guess thatโs the problem then with the blanket $599 extended warranty. It seems to cover the initial order only, and not any additional modules or parts purchased after.
Yeah it does have an unfortunate gap for those that purchased after the initial order like some mower pro modules but before the first release of YarboCare. But at least Yarbo is going to try and advocate for us in that regard.
But, if you purchased a new module today, youโd be able to buy an extended warranty with it going forward. So, youโd have coverage, or at least the opportunity to have it.
In the same vein, would you please clarify if the extended warranty will also cover any upgrades to the initial order? Letโs say I purchased the 24 version, get the extended warranty until 2029 and in 2027 Yarbo offers paid upgrades to a new core, or an upgrade to the mower module. I purchase the upgrade, return the original, would the upgraded hardware be covered by the extended warranty until 2029 as well?
