I have an issue with the Blades, it will not move the blades… i took the blades and the guards off, cleaned everything and still have the problem… i contacted the support and they give always the same answer… “take the blade guards off and test it” I did it multiple times and it doesn’t solve the problems… I get very angry with it…
are there any other solutions for that issue???
Won’t move them up and down (cutting height) or won’t spin the blades? Do you have any error messages? Do you have a ticket number? The moderator can follow up on it for you.
