Battery at 0% how do you charge it

My battery had dropped to 0% and will not power on the core. How do I charge the unit. I have tried plugging it in but that didnt work either.

How long was it plugged in?

Have you tried to plug it into the hard wire charger? If you do, leave it for an hour as it often takes some time to kick in.

I had an instance where it wouldn’t charge plugged in a couple of times and my work around was to power down the core. At that point it started charging. Wired charger is solid red for charging, solid green when fully charged. Flashing red you got a problem. That was what I was seeing until I powered down.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble charging your unit. This issue requires further investigation so we can identify the root cause of the charging failure. Once we’ve determined that, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this for you.

it is still sitting on the pad after about 5 days and it was plugged in for about 24 hours.

left it plugged in for about 24 hours.

I cant power up the core because the battery is at 0% it never turns red just green. I have asked them to send me the battery cable so I can plug the battery directly into the charge as they can’t get any data because it is offline. still waiting on the R&D team to respond. but I figured sending me the cable to charge and they can remote in is way cheaper then sending a new Core all the way to Maine from LA.

Seems like a decent ask.

However, being able to charge the battery may still lead to a core swap.

Yeah the battery wired charger being solid green (fully charged) probably means it’s not a battery issue and is a core issue. Nevertheless that cable is wonderful to have and if you get one for free, score! I really wish they did include that with the package. It’s a nice thing to have. Also wish they gave 2 spare cutting discs on the mower module.

And 2 RTK antennas, mounts, cables, Halow antenna, mount, and cable.

Did I miss anything else to include in the KIT?

Lol. That would be nice, but I think just a couple extra RTK antennas would be enough. You know, actually include those low mount RTK’s everyone is always looking for. :joy:

I did.

Replacement mower should be here Monday. I’ll likely have to mow several times as the grass has grown quite high.

I may have to put a no vision zone on the entire property in order to get it mowed.

I used the SAM yesterday for Waypoint Navigation and Yarbo wasn’t happy with the grass height. Much like my wife.
