Bluetooth connection only-no network

I’m troubleshooting an issue with the Yarbo core. Cannot connect via network from my phone, only Bluetooth connection works. Steps taken so far:

Power cycle core (multiple times)
Disconnect battery
Power cycle data center
Power cycle phone
Rebooted router

Core remains offline.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Any steps I might have missed? Everything was working great for months until today.

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it. If it still won’t connect, get a ticket in.

Opened a ticket already. Problem occurs on my iPhone and iPad so curious as to why app removal and reinstalling on two different devices would help?

I would try it, as others are having luck doing this. There is some kind of a bug.

Tried on the iPad without success. I set the networking to use cellular, my phone hotspot and my WiFi. The rover makes a network connection but is unreachable via the app.
Firmware and app are current.

Someone on discord just had this issue too. Logging out of the app on both worked. But temporarily.

Just tried it and didn’t work for me.

Got to be something on the back end then they need to fix.

I have the same problem for a couple of days now. I have tried everything listed in the conversation except the app reinstall

Well, since misery loves company, I’m glad I’m not alone.

I’m also having the same issue for a few days. I’ve reinstalled the app/re-started everything and zero difference. Guessing something the data center is attempting to connect to is not working as expected. Ticket #213397 but have only gotten generic AI answers so far.

What does your halow and data center sections of the diagnostics look like?

Not sure if this answers your question or even what the data tells me:

Does your DC connection status flip between 2 and 3? Or is it solid on 3? Hit refresh a few times.

Need to do that tomorrow. Can only get it via Bluetooth.

If it is solid on 3, then I would check and make sure your DC WAN connection to your router has a link and is active. If it is flipping between 2 and 3, that is working normally.

Just tested and you were right…Rebooted DC and it now seems to be working. I’ll see if it stays online tomorrow. I did reboot it earlier today without success.

Ticket is 213341. Problem seems intermittent. Sometimes I can connect, sometimes not, without rebooting core or data center.

I didn’t change/restart anything on my end overnight, but it’s now working for me again - faster than ever and immediately connects to HaLo mode, which it hasn’t been doing for about a week. Hopefully it’s working again for you soon.
