Considering Purchase

Love to buy the Yarbo. The only concern is if I have enough sky space to install the antenna to the data center. The documentation is I need about 120 degrees of sky space without any obstacles. The problem with this looking at my yard, 120 degrees is about the sky coverage without any obstacles.

Is there anyway to determine if I have enough sky space before I make the purchase to see if the purchase is even fisable?

the back yard mostly free, but has trees on both sides. right at the 180 free space mark. hate to buy and cant get connection

You should be fine. Just mount the RTK on your roof. The tree cover doesn’t look too severe.

@marco What if your Yarbo has not moved since you got it and are now waiting on a new battery? I have a trouble ticket you can reference in the system but I am waiting on a new battery now. Also I ordered the Pro module of the lawn cutter so does the 30 day return policy WAITs until that module is delivered?

The warranty on new modules start when you ‘activate it’ by connecting it to your Core for the first time

If you ordered the core and pro mower only then the warranty would start when the pro mower is delivered for ALL equipment. If you ordered other modules then I believe it starts when you activate any of those modules. The SAM does not count as the first module.

Regarding the warranty about Mower Pro: if the mower pro module is the only module you’ve ordered and you haven’t used any others, then your 30-day return window will begin either 3 days after the Mower Pro module is delivered or upon activation—whichever comes first.

@Pete_Michigan_Dealer I guess you could refund it now and purchase again when things settle out a bit.

Seems reasonable to me.

My purchase was NOT through a dealer. I am a new Yarbo dealer. I purchase directly through Yarbo and a Yarbo employee.
