Hello! I could not connect to my data center that was installed last spring. The light is solid green. After reading on the forums, I decided to reinstall my data center. Now that I am into the process of doing that, I cannot connect to the DC even though it is detected. I get the following error:
I have rebooted the DC, turned Bluetooth on/off, etc. The light is still solid green.
Any help appreciated.

Have you tried using a different device to connect to it? Also, try getting closer if you can. It is seeing it at least, so that’s a good thing. One other thing to check is make sure your app is up to date as well. 3.17.4 is the latest app as of today.
