When I asked for a delivery update, I got two options, and I took this one
“Your options: Wait for April delivery: We will include a free cable box accessory with your trimmer as a gesture of goodwill for your patience.”
What is the free cable box accessory? Everything I got looks like it was marked in the manual as part of the unit. Has anyone gotten theris, and if so, what exactly is it?
Some of us were promised a extra free spool of line and never got it. I would guess yours is the same. I think one time my ticket said that also, in those words.

Funny thing is, I doubt anyone really cares about ‘extra spools’ cause most people would just re-use the spools anyway.
Especially since the trimmer seems to work better with thicker line. That was the 1st thing I did when my trimmer finally arrived - I took one of the spools, removed the stock line, and put better thicker line on it.
Not me I am suffering through the whole spool first.
Glutton for punishment. I have a bunch of the stock spools. Definitely going to use those first too.
Yeah I like punishment, and I figure I can’t really trust this thing without me watching it anyway, so a few extra steps in my day won’t kill me.
Yep, no extra spool sent. I opened ticket #201448 about it. Last I heard from support was 13 days ago @Yarbo-Forum
