So frustrated. I’ve tried everything and my new pro mower will not cut my grass. Here’s some evidence. I really hope I can get some help.

Did you put the straight blades on and are they installed in the correct orientation? There is a this side faces grass and a L and R for each blade. What cutting height are you set to?

Yes 100% put them the right direction as I remember noting the “this side toward grass” notice on the blades, I’ll have to double check on the left/right orientation, I only slightly remember noting that.
The first round I did a 3" height but as you may see in the videos it just seems to be matting it down, leaving several tall blades of grass behind that are over that height.
The last time I forced it below 2.7, I think maybe down to 2.3 and I finally was able to see it cut, but extremely roughly, not a clean look.
Is that just how Yarbo cuts? Not very cleanly?
L and R are marked on the deck, and are marked on the blades under the mounting cone. They have L and R opposite the way an automobile is. Strange, but at least the underside of the deck is marked to match blades. This L and R verification is very important
That was the issue, L and R were switched, thank you!! Cutting well now
