Firmware 3.9.10 & App 3.15.3-Release Notes

I get that.
But they should test before a rollout. We are not beta testers

I’m sorry for the delayed response regarding your support ticket. Please be assured that our support team is fully dedicated to providing after-sales assistance. I’ve already reached out to the responsible tech experts to look into your case as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.

Still no update. Can you please confirm if it is still rolling out or if it is paused to work out some of the bugs reported?
Thank you

Yes, I’m sitting waiting on this also.
@yarbo-forum whatbdate and time will this be complete?
I have a replacement core all connected and waiting to map.

Still don’t know how, but my unit bricked to replacement mid mow the day the new firmware rolled out. I think it lost GPS somehow seemed idle and tried to update. New update fixes firmware install concern.

Right back to a recommendation I’ve been making since the beginning about RTK source priority being completely backwards. NTRIP server on the DC should be the primary source and only use cloud if explicitly turned on, which is something folks that mow beyond Halow range could do, or it could enable automatically the first time you go out of Halow range and then notify you that it did. Using an internet NTRIP server to get data that originates from your own DC is not the right design for most users.

I received the new firmware and the plan tracking issue on hills has improved dramatically, but the speed of travel when going downhill has changed VERY dramatically. I can understand the need to go a bit slower to allow for proper course correction when the drive system is operating with a negative load (being pulled downhill), but this seems a bit excessive. I’m hoping this improves over time.

That brings me to the related issue. Work plan time estimates for mowing on hills where this new “downhill control logic” is being used are now way off. I haven’t done a complete time study, but the three major hill sections of my mowing area now take what I would estimate to be almost twice as long each. This now cascades into a complete change of scheduling because I can only cut half as much area in a single day when doing hillside, which is now pushing up against the limit of how much area the mower can manage to cut in a week. Before, I could cut the property twice a week, which is needed to keep up with the rate of growth of the grass here. Now, I can only really get one cut per week and the cut quality isn’t great as a result. I have the pro unit ordered because I recognize its better suited for the job I’m asking the machine to do, but any chance we’ll see a speed improvement in downhill cutting or am I relegated to reduced cut quality for the next few months?

I hate to be the impatient or annoying one.
But still no update and no news.
Maybe I should not be toneager to receive the update given the bus but it goes beyond me that it takes 2 weeks to push updates to max 10k cores.
Besides that, if I was just told, you get your update in x days max or we paused the update due to some issues, I would let it be.
But the no communication works a little on my system.

Again, I love my Yarbo and it works well besides some quirky things. But the communication is so all over the place.
If they take care of that it would be so much better.
Same as with the new mowing module. Shipping in August at nearly the end of the season. You probable can only use it next year so why not wait with launching it when you are really ready and sell it in January 2026 or so. It would make so much more sense.
And you would avoid all these questions.

I have not received the update either. Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.

It is a pain, since the tasks need to be micromanaged, from scratch, after that update.

I’m hoping that perhaps we’ll get the update before the next one is released.

I still have not received my update either! It has been sitting on the docking station with wifi all the time.

Me either. I bet they halted the rollout due to the problems others have reported with the new firmware.

Haven’t got it either, but in a support ticket regarding something else, they told told me I would get it next week.

First relayed communication beyond the initial “end of next week” which would be any day now. A pause makes sense given the bugs being reported, I just wish there was some communication. Thanks for sharing the intel with us.

Perhaps they are fixing the worst of the bugs so we can all enjoy the new features without the headaches.

I stopped waiting, remapped with my new core, and had it start working the grass down from 2 weeks of now cutting.

Per suggestions from the community, I have no wifi connected, but a solid HaLow signal sitting on the charger.

We apologize for the delay in the update. For those who haven’t received it yet, you should be able to get the update this week. We also apologize for the lack of communication previously and will make sure to keep you informed about future updates.

“this week” leaves ambiguity. To better help us understand when the issue will be resolved, can we have a specific date and time UTC? I think that is the clear communication people are seeking to avoid further comment and speculation.

Still have not recieved it. Put in a support ticket after not finding answers here or on reddit.

Haven’t received mine also.

I have access to two units in Wisconsin, no updates to either one yet.
