You never give an exact time on a patch. Do you want it at an exact time or when it is ready. you can’t have both.
They already started sending it out. I got it a week ago.
6/27/25 I still have not been updated to firmware 3.9.10 are you still rolling it out or should I contact support ?
I went to mow and had no GPS. I waited moved it off the charging pad and it now has a battery error and no module detected. They are sending me a new core but I think it is likely failed firmware.
But just give a date. I couldn’t tell if they meant a week from the email or the end of this week. Which is that tonight or?
What date should all updates be pushed by? Are you able to manually push updates in cases where there may be failed firmware?
No update here on Whidbey Island. Just sitting on the charger at 100% SOC all night long every night, which is not good for battery life.

No update for me either. Yarbo is just hanging out on the charging pad. Waiting to be upgraded.
What the status of the of update? Last week has come and gone, and there still seems to be a number of us not updated. If it’s on hold for some tweaking, just let us know. I’m a little concerned about the over-compensating slope correction (that can’t be turned off) significantly increasing mowing times.
Hello? Is this thing on? Yarbo-Forum?
did you mean to @ him?
Just looking for an answer. Is there an issue with the update? Has it been pushed to all users and whoever still does not have it needs to start a ticket? Or??? They have this forum to talk to users, but yet all is quiet on this update now.
First, I’d like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response.
We will begin the next batch of the rollout very soon and will post an official announcement across all platforms — including email, the forum, and the Facebook Support & Solutions group — to keep you updated.
At this time, there is no need to open a support ticket.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please be clear. So the updates are stopped to address some issues, correct?
Again, I love my yarbo but please improve your communication.
So the update that was supposed to be finished last week will start the next batch this week. It’s nice to have good communication.
Welp new firmware actually came in but still seems a battery issue and no module detected.
Sorry to hear that for you.
