Firmware V 3.10.0 & App V 3.16.0 Release Note

It was at the bottom of that link I posted. Does that not work any longer?

Yes sir, I downloaded it, follow step by step, connected, Refresh, and Deep Clean. Reboot. Checked my channel, ch:8. 4G is on, firmware is fetch is 100% and I let it sat there for half an hour, I reboot again, and still no luck. When I power on, it says the whole “ Hi, nice to meet you" but never made it to “ ready to work” Yarbo support escalated to R&D. I’ma have to request Yarbo to stop updating my unit, each update my Yarbo goes down.

Hi Micke,

Sorry for the delayed reply. I checked with our R&D team, and in this situation the next plan will be skipped rather than queued.

Maybe another option could be added to scheduling to either queue scheduled plans or skip them?

My yarbo stop moving yesterday and I full connection but not able to move yarbo at all. Tried manual moving and tried to send it to charging but nothing happens. No errors at all

Does the physical controller connect to it at all?

No fysical controller connected 2023 model. Remotely trying to move it

I’m sorry to hear about the issue. I’ve reviewed your support ticket, and our support team will assist you in resolving it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

FYI, I got another update last night, even though I already had 3.10.0. The app said an update was available, gave me the option to update, then when I said ok it updated and restarted. Not sure what this change (or hotfix) was, but it didn’t change the version of anything :person_shrugging:

Same here. Noticed no difference.

Has anyone else been having issues with broken antennas since this update occurred. Previously I have had one. Since this update I have had 4 occur. I can think of no other changes other than this software update. Just curious if anyone else has had this.

They removed the forced 4 inch boundary in this update. You could now be mowing 4 inches closer to obstacles.

^^ This ^^ as predicted, it could very well be the reason why. Change your advanced area settings “reduce boundary” to 4 if it was set to zero and that should make it be like it was during the last few firmware updates. Otherwise, you may want to watch it run your perimeter cuts and adjust the boundary accordingly.

Anyone find the ultrasonic toggle for the pro mower? I don’t see it anywhere…

Edit: never mind, I missed that it was only for pathways, i do in fact see it there.

I just learned pathways for the pro have ultrasonic…….

Well that’s interesting. Did they make a hardware change in the Pro that allows for the use of ultrasonic that can’t be achieved with the M1 module?

Yeah I have no idea, I was going to play with it… I haven’t seen anything about ultrasonic and have not seen mention of it anywhere but it’s in the patch notes…?

I guess the sensors on the sides of the mower are ultrasonic? The M1 sensors are different… there are two small circles on the m1 on each side, and one slightly larger on the pro. Presumably the M1 has a separate transmitter and receiver and the M1 has one that does both in the same sensor. So maybe it’s coming to both they just did it for the Pro first…

Yes, it’s coming to the M1 too.

FW has never updated since I got it. Updating firmware should be very simple. If it requires support to push it out, there’s likely a broader problem. Connected to WiFi, download, and Install - that’s it.
