Weren’t you supposed to release a way to merge/split areas without having to choose to delete one half of the split? It seems not to be implemented yet. Unless I have to wait for the core to update? Thanks

I do not believe that is in this update. Not sure when that is going to be addressed. If it is in this update, then yes, I would assume you would need to wait for the core to update it’s firmware.

Oh well… Last time I wasn’t updated before the last wave… This is a long weekend here in Canada. I hope I’m updated soon so I can play with the Dead Reckoning settings while off work… Any tips to be updated faster? Wifi? Stop mowing schedule? Or it doesn’t matter?

Yeah it doesn’t matter. You just need internet and the core to be idle for the update to kick off. It will download while working so don’t worry about that. As long as your DC has an internet connection it will update when it’s time for it to.

Not sure what happen, my app updated to 3.16 and now Its always disconnected. I power down and power the Rover, no luck. I unplug the Data center and replug, no luck , reset router no difference. With the app always showing disconnected , I can’t log into the support either. What do I do now?

In my wifi, I do see the Base, Rover and HaLow

Do you see OFFLINE with the chain in the center? If you hit the chain, does it connect? Are you within Bluetooth range? If you are and it still won’t connect, try adding a new Yarbo and see if it shows up.

You can submit a ticket by emailing support@yarbo.com or going to support.yarbo.com and clicking on my area.

Yes I click on the chain link, it rotates and says not connected to Network. I am next to both the Data center and Rover. I tried adding New, it brings me back to the one I’m registered to. I am connected to the Wifi that the Base is connected to. I uninstall app and reinstall, no difference as well. I can connect to Rover hotspot, Base and HaLow, but the app isn’t working right.

Ah, ok. This is a 23. You may need to use the Yarbo Tool to reset everything. Sounds like it could be a problem with your base. I have never owned or dealt with a 23, so I don’t have a lot of experience here to guide you, sorry.

How do I do that ?

I don’t have a Yarbo Tool I believe. Even in the app, I don’t have an option to reset anything.

This happens everytime there’s a major update, last time they have to force update the unit. Seems like they have to do it again somehow, but this time it’s worse, because even I can’t log in on the app to see any info except the forum.

Edit: I also have a New Base, with it plugged in, I am unable to go through the set up to recognize the new Base. Uhoh.

I don’t know if this will be helpful or not, but I will share it in case it is. If you have a ticket number, you can share it here and the moderator will follow up on it for you. Note to anyone else this tool ONLY works with the 2023 Yarbo Universal Body and NOT the 2024 Yarbo Core.

Anybody tested what happens if you pick the « finish plan » option and it overlaps with the next plan? Will it queue the next plan or skip it?

I’m betting it skips it.

That’s too bad… problem is if it rains, or if you slow down the thing, or slow charging because of heat, and your schedule is a tight, then it will screw up everything…

It’s a step in the right direction though. Small tweaks to get by until the big ones I guess.

I tried the 3-5 second power on, went to app, wifi, it never connects. My phone Bluetooth is on as well, but no change. I use both Android and iPad. No luck.

Hey Bryan, I follow the instructions to get the Yarbo Tool, it isn’t in the Knowledge Base like it used to, seems like Yarbo may have moved it somewhere….. I’m still searching for that tool.
