Flashing Lights, Yarbo will not boot up

Hi there! Sorry for the delay in responding. I’ve asked our team to follow up on your support ticket as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Did you ever get your core working? I am having the same issue.

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about the issue. Our team will contact you within 24 hours with the next steps and a solution.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Nope. Supoort said, “Please keep Yarbo powered on and connected to Wi-Fi so that I can proceed with the remote repair. The diagnosis and any necessary fixes typically take 1-2 hours to complete. I will monitor the process closely and reach out once I have more information.”

That was 6 days ago.

I literally just tried and it seems “functional”, I can drive it now and tried starting a work plan but its really not connecting to GPS, the drift is way off like astronomically off. I don’t think its connecting via HaLow. During the work plan I am getting the error provided in the picture.

Disconnect/turn off bluetooth on your device and see what happens. Also reboot data center.

Here’s my current diagnostics if you would like to take a gander at it too.

I did that before connecting it directly to my wifi again and I couldn’t talk to it. See my current diagnostics in the post above

Have you rebooted data center?

Halo is false, so no connection.

I sure did and Yarbo was also rebooted twice. Though, I did press “restart Yarbo” in the app, I did not mess with the power button itself.

If you have not tried, reboot data first, pull power from POE injector, for 5 minutes. Then disconnect batter in rover for 5 minutes, then to power rover back up, hold silver button for a good 60 seconds and release.

Then let the rover be for about 10 minutes to see if it connects. With bluetooth off then post diagnostics again on here so we can see what it does.

Just so I don’t mess this up.

Pull POE for 5 minutes.

Pull battery for 5 minutes.

Plug them both in.

Leave Rover alone for 10 minutes.

Also, just to make sure, POE goes directly to DC correct?

Yes, but make sure after hooking up battery, you hold the power switch (silver) in for at least 60 seconds

No wifi to rover or bluetooth.

Got it. I will turn my bluetooth off on my phone and report back. Thank you

It seems holding the power button for 60 seconds just turned it on and back off again ?

Try turning it back on now.

It would appear she started up and gave the ready to work command. Will wait 10 minutes and report back with diagnostics.

Here’s to hoping your issues get resolved!
