After damage from the PPVS update gone wrong, I was sent a replacement core (under ticket 213387, possibly accidentally?) whose drive wheel bolts were completely detached and falling out (see picture).
I just received replacement for that broken core (ticket 223962) in a box that was barely held together with tape, shipped upside down and has a broken drive wheel sprocket tooth (see pictures).
How can I get a Core that works (preferably one that is actually checked by a Quality Assurance person)?
You clearly got someone’s old broken core what they sent back to Yarbo after they themselves received the new replacement. This same thing has been reported here at least twice as I can recall.
I have received many replacement cores over couple of years period and those have all been packaged as if they where new.
We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had. This is definitely not the condition a replacement unit should arrive in, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I’ve shared your feedback with our team so we can investigate both the quality of the replacement unit and the shipping condition. We take this seriously and want to understand how this happened.
To move forward with sending you another replacement, we kindly ask that you select a pickup time for your current replacement unit. Once the pickup has been arranged, we’ll proceed with the replacement process as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’ll continue following up on your case to help ensure this is resolved properly.
Thank you, I just scheduled the pickup (first available date was Aug 4th, but I’m travelling so I picked the 5th). Is it possible to ship out the replacement before then?
I’ve escalated this request to our leadership team, and we will initiate the replacement process as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to move the process forward quickly and keep you updated on the progress.
