Impossible setup

Hello,
I need help to install my Yarbo lawn mower.
I have installed the application on my iphone and connected yarbo.
I have moved yarbo using iphone as remote near ( 2 meters) a wifi spot and stopped it there, waiting for the firmware update.
Now, yarbo is slowly blinking red Blue Green for over 30 mn.
I can’t connect it to iphone. (Network issue)
I try with no results to push activate button, or press reset button. It’s still blinking Even after having unplugged battery, waiting for 24h, and replug.

Could you please indicate me what to do ?

I also have installed the data center and updated it. It’s now blinking red.

This sounds like it’s stuck in the middle of a firmware update. Not sure doing all of that helped the situation. Plug in the wired charger and leave it like that and then open a support ticket for them to diagnose it.

It might be easier to schedule a one on one call with them to real time troubleshoot. You can do so here at this link.

You can open a ticket in the app by opening the app, click on your profile at the top right and go to support center or by going to support.yarbo.com
