Thank you for your feedback. You can refer to Section 1 of the passage to adjust the PPVS settings, which allows Yarbo to travel a certain distance even when GPS signal is weak: Firmware V 3.10.0 &App 3.16.0 Update Highlights
This is what we meant by the update helping to improve the situation. If you try this adjustment and find it doesn’t work for you, please let us know what changes you made and the results in your support ticket. We’ll be glad to further investigate into the issue.
Regarding the support center issue, we’ll need a bit more information to continue troubleshooting (as we’ve already optimized this feature once). Could you please provide a screenshot of the interface after you click on Support Center, along with the type of mobile phone you are using? I will pass this information to our app team for further investigation.
