Changed back to summer tracks, noticed my inside lugs on one track are getting wrecked on the top of about half of the lugs. The other track is perfect. I did not have time to take pics as I was in a rush to beat the rain.
Anyone else seeing this?
Check the play in the drive wheels with the tracks off.
Oh I got play for sure. Yarbo policy it you are good until the wheels lock up or they rub the frame between the tracks.
Left side of core?
My guess is yes left side if viewed as a car, not yarbo’s left, lol. I can’t say for 100% as I did not check for issues when I removed them in the fall. But I tried to keep them so they stayed on the same side.
Yarbo considers the left as you face the rear of the core. I think it favors that side more for turns.
Except on the pro mower blades I think.
You are correct sir. Those are definitely backwards from the core L and R.
A while ago I dynamically collected Yarbo data while it was blowing snow and I found that the left drive varible was 30% more than the right one. Here is the definition of the left/right variable: Displays the current usage of the left drive motor to evaluate its performance.
When you have a chance, could you please take a few photos of the issue and share them with our support team? This will help them better understand the situation and assist you more effectively.
@Yarbo-Forum Something absolutely must be done from a design/materials perspective to correct this. Having a press-fit, and also metal to plastic drive mechanism interface guarantees that, over time, these failures WILL continue to happen. Something this fundamental to the operation of the machine should not fail over its useful service life, let alone several times in the product lifecycle.
Your userbase, myself included, have repeatedly praised the Yarbo’s performance, when it works well it is an incredible machine. PLEASE take the steps to make it closer to bullet-proof, and your innovation moat will be unassailable.

Yup grease them. I use Super Lube Silicone Lubricating Grease w/Syncolon - Waterproof, All Purpose, Food-Grade Grease - Rust Protection - Automotive & Industrial Use - Translucent White - Cartridge - 14.1 oz (92150)

Good news on this one, new tracks for me. The badish I already ordered new tracks and they just came in yesterday. I thought that this was going to be another month plus deal and I did not want down time so I just ordered a spare set. Oh well I like back up parts…
BTW great job on getting parts quick, ordered June 17 evening, tracks were here June 19.
May I reuse the topic? Today i removed the tracks to lubricate and noticed that left side track has more wear than the right side. And yarbo uas been actively operating only sice spring 2026.
If you zoom in the track picture, that light stripe near track bump is already steel cord.
Right track is in way better shape.
Also the left side “wheel” has similar damage on one side of every inner side teeth.
Is this bad wear? Should I be concerned? Should I open a ticket @Yarbo-Forum or.is this supposed to be like that?
I would open a ticket, get their opinion.
Not normal. Especially if you’ve been greasing the tracks regularly. I’d open a ticket.
