Swapped out the winter tracks for the summer tracks. No issues with the swap. Now when Yarbo moves there is an intermittent “grinding” or “rubbing” sound coming from the left front (looking from behind) track. I don’t see a correlation with a section of the track or position of the track pulley. The sound is a low in pitch and just loud enough to hear. Tracks were greased.
Thoughts, ideas, and comic relief appreciated.
Was there any play in the bearings or the wheels? A little is “normal” but a lot could explain the noise. Also something being caught in there too
It all seemed fine. I can check for play in the pulley to rulwe it out.

Well, I disassembled all the way down to pulling the pulley off. Didn’t see anything to interfere with any movement of any parts. Nothing looked worn or damaged.
Reassembled, and the noise it gone. I guess the noise got caught up in the track swap and fell out during the maintenance event in the driveway.
I’m just worried the wife’s truck will now pick up that noise from the driveway and I’ll have to find it again.

Oh great, you released the gremlin! Quick put some food out at one of the neighbors you don’t like
Glad that seems to have solved it.
