Over three weeks of trying to get an answer or update I add many replies to the ticket and I get total radio silence. Yarbo sent a replacement pad but that did not solve the issue. It pulls up too far on pad every time so charging starts and stops every few minutes. Which has to be seriously degrading the battery. Sometimes it will charge all the way. But if battery is lower in charge it might take multiple hours to charge 10% I sent video and pictures multiple times. I hit record issue. I re installed pad multiple times. Reboots, shut down , unplugged battery it still will not line up as it should. I sometimes pull it down some until it hits a sweet spot and it will charge but if charge stops and I try to restart it then it will say not aligned. Yarbo answer me
Is it not charging because it’s overheating? If the battery temp hits 50 it will stop charging until it cools down to 45. This is by design and they are looking into ways to still allow some charging to occur, just slower.
If that’s not your issue, can you post some pictures of it parked on the dock describing what you are seeing? I’ve found that it has a very wide variance and tolerance for not being properly aligned. It does a good job aligning itself normally, so this is odd.
Have you done a docking station reinstall? I assume you have, but just thought I would throw that out there too.

No it does this no matter what the temperature is
Yarbo did a remote hot fix for my charging issue. They said the problem was caused by the last update. I was skeptical as the problem has been ongoing long before the update. But now I am happy to say that whatever fix they did seems to have remedied the problem. I will monitor it over the next few days, but it appears to have worked. Thank you, Yarbo.
